Peter Lidington

Peter Lidington first became interested in the technique of x-raying flowers in the 1970's when working at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, his home town. Having trained in Art & Design he saw the potential of these images as pictures, not simply botanical records. Following a move to Hertfordshire, Peter was eventually able to realise his dream of working for himself. He produced these flower images and also landscape and wildlife photographs, many of which were taken in the Lake District. Read more...
